I. ORDERS

- Customers can only order online items that have prices and stocks.
- Some of the items on our web site may NOT have prices and stocks. This could be due to (1) We are waiting for stock to arrive in our warehouse (2) For some items, we only accept large quantity or bulk orders. Please send us an “Enquire about this item” if you are interested in these items.
- Many items on our web site are handmade. And because they are handmade, no two items will ever be exactly the same. They are unique and have subtle differences in colours and designs. Please keep this in mind when you order.
- All of our products have been declared and have gone through the Australian Customs when imported from Vietnam. No further declarations are required for Australian Customers. However, because of different rules and regulations apply to each country, Overseas Customers are advised to check with your Customs before making your orders
- All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by VIETNAMESEMADE.COM AUS.

II. PRICES & PAYMENTS

- The default currency on our web site is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please use Currency Converter on our web site to check prices in your currency. Although our web site is able to display different currencies, all currencies will be converted to Australian Dollars (AUD) once you have accepted the payment.
- Normal prices "Our Price" shown on our web site are retail prices and excluding Good and Services Tax (GST) and freight charges. Total Tax (GST) will be shown on your Invoice if you are an Australian Customer. Overseas Customers are excluded from GST.
- Wholesale prices will be shown only to Wholesale Customers. Please refer to “Wholesale” link for more details on Wholesale Terms and Conditions.
- All prices, descriptions, sizes and colours are subject to changes without notice.

We accept the following types of payments:
- Direct Deposit: For all Australian and Overseas customers
- Online Purchases: For all Australian and Overseas customers using Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) via Paypal.
- Faxed Orders: For Australian customers using Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners)
- Bank Cheques & Money Orders: For Australian Based Retailers/Wholesalers only. Bank Cheques & Money Orders must be from a major Australian Bank and all funds to be cleared prior to shipping.

III. RETURNS POLICY

We offer a return policy on products that are damaged in Transit, Faulty, or incorrectly Shipped.

1. Damaged in Transit

In the event your product does not arrive in perfect condition – that is, “Damaged in Transit” from VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU to you. You should:
- Refuse to accept delivery of the product,
- Direct the courier to "Return goods to sender" and
- Notify VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU immediately.

If you have already accepted delivery, and then notice that the product appears to have been damaged in transit, you should:
- Notify VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU immediately.
- VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU will advise how the product should be packaged and addressed for returning.
- Return the "Damaged in Transit Products" to VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU within 7 days of delivery if you are in Australia and within 10 days of delivery if you are in overseas (Freight Costs for return goods from customers to VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU will be the responsibility of the customer).

If after examined the product and it was found to be damaged in transit, VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU will offer either a direct exchange or issue a credit for the original purchase price of product returned and the freight costs associated with the initial delivery to you. If it is reasonably determined by VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU that the product has not been damaged in transit, it will be returned to you and you will be invoiced a processing fee and freight costs associated with the return. These invoiced amounts will be payable by you within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

2. Incorrectly Shipped Product

VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU checks and re-checks every order we ship to our customers. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is different to the one ordered (“Incorrectly Shipped Product”), you should:
- Notify VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU immediately upon receipt of the product.
- VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU will advise how the product should be packaged and addressed for returning.
- Return the "Incorrectly Shipped Products" to VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU within 7 days of delivery if you are in Australia and within 10 days of delivery if you are in overseas.

If after examined the product and it was found to be incorrectly shipped, VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU will issue a credit for the original purchase price of product returned and the freight costs associated with the initial delivery to you plus the freight costs for return goods from customers to VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU. If, however, it is found by VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU that the product was shipped correctly (for example, where you have ordered the wrong product by mistake), it will be returned to you and you will be invoiced a processing fee and freight costs associated with the return. These invoiced amounts will be payable by you within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

VI. RETURNS PROCEDURE

VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU must be notified before returning any goods back to VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU. In addition, customers must include the following information with the returned products:
- Original Invoice
- Original Packing Slip
- Reason for return
- Your name and contact details

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. VIETNAMESEMADE.COM.AU accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us.
