Shipping

We may use different services for different orders, depending on the weight, the bulkiness and the destination of the parcel.

1. eParcel
We use eParcel for all of our small orders that we sell online. eParcel is a delivery service provided by Australia Post. This service is the same as your normal parcel delivery service. In Australia, Australia Post will try to delivery the parcel to your home. If no one is home, they will leave a note for you to pick up the parcel at your local Post Office. For Overseas customers, the same or similar service will be provided by your local Post Office.

A Shipping cost and an estimate delivery time will be given when you make your order. Shipping costs are calculated using Australia Post advertised rates by weight and destination.

Estimate Shipping Time:
Australia
From the Shipping date, your parcel should arrive at the Delivery to: address within 1 to 5 business days, depending on your destination.

International
From the Shipping date, your parcel should arrive at the Delivery to: address within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your destination.

The Shipping date may not be the date you sent your order. All orders placed before 10:00 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on regular business days will be shipped on the same day, unless otherwise informed. All orders placed on Australian holidays and on weekends will be shipped on the first following business day.

2. Courier
For bulk orders, we use TNT courier services. Same as Australian Post, they will leave a note if you are not home or office. You have to arrange with them for a more suitable drop-off time.

If you have large orders, please contact us first because the Shipping costs may be different from your order. We always try to find the most efficient and cost effective way to have your orders deliver to your destination.

3. Import/Export
For import and export, we do offer FOB prices and you have to arrange for your freights and customs clearing requirements. We can recommend Freight Forwarders and assist you if help is required. For Australian customers, we do offer another option. We can give you the final prices and have the shipment deliver to your warehouses.

Because different countries have different import duties, fees and charges, we are able to provide this service to Australian customers only at this stage. We hope to extend this service to other overseas customers in the near future. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Your packages/shipments may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. This is the standard for most countries. If you are unsure, please check with the customs in your country. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
